I got to know Marissa through my friend's introduction 5 years ago, and since then, all my insurance policies was handled by her. Even though I had just gotten to know her at that time, she is very professional, patient, and down to earth answering all my questions.

She also gave us a lot of advice based on our needs and chose the right plan for us. One thing I like about Marissa is, that she never forced us to close the sales upon us, and gave us ample time to ensure we bought the right plan.

No doubt, it is a pleasant experience to have Marissa handling all our insurance policies all these while as I know she will definitely take good care of our insurance should the need arise. In addition, Marissa also prompts us to provide us with any update if there is any changes to the policies.
